- 1/2 red pepper (capsicum)
- onion
- 1/2 zucchini
- 2 mushroom
- 1 jar pasta sauce (leggo)
- 500 grams pasta (choice, not spaggeti)
- cheese (choice)
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tomato
- veggies (NOTE: These are just susggestion, I normally just put in whatever I have left in the cupboard)

Directions
- preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Place water in saucepan and set to boil for the pasta. Cook onion on stove top in oil and desired spices for about 5-10minutes
- Once water has boiled cook pasta for about 15min until not quite soft so still has some chew before taking off. Add zucchini, mushroom, and red pepper cook now until veggies are as soft as desired and add the jar of pasta sauce
- Drain the pasta of water before tipping the sauce into the pasta and mixing.
