Really yummy. I used sweet chilli sauce and less sugar. I didn’t have tofu so added shredded cabbage and carrots. Would make again.

First off, i am a very beginner-level cook. That being said I found the instructions are a little confusing (...do i add the noodles then the peanut sauce, or both at once?...). Also, I found that the 1/2 cup of lime juice made the dish entirely too sweet, and ultimately inedible. I ended up mixing this recipe with one i found on google to make with the rest of my unused rice noodles and ended up with a very good dish. lncludingthe peanut butter from this recipe in my new dish especially added to the taste, so i think that is what i mostly takeaway from this.

Cut the recipe in 1/2 because 1lb of noodles is quite much. Substituted sugar for coconut sugar and only utilized 3 tbsp. Added chili paste and red pepper flakes. Overall a very yummy dish!

This tastes nothing like Pas Thai. Authentic Pad Thai should have Tamarind Paste/Concentrate in it, I wish I had known this before I made this recipe. Also it makes a ton of food, I ended up wasting a bunch brace this tasted so bad.

Amazing. I used amino instead of soy and had some trouble with the tofu. since it didn't specify, I used medium firm and it took much longer to cook, around 20 minutes since I didn't dry it out before cooking. I never cooked tofu before and found i should use firm or extra firm and press dry for 39 minutes before cooking. That all being said, it still tasted wonderful.

I also decided not to use the sugar as stated and swapped the tofu for more veg. Sauce was incredible!

This was super easy and really great! I took the advice of a previous commenter and eliminated the sugar. I will definitely making this next time but with 1/2 tbsp more peanut butter (i used organic crunchy pb), and less lime juice. I used bottled lime juice and will just juice 1 lime instead next time.

Excellent recipe. Here are the changes I made. - used 1tbsp sugar instead of 1/4 cup (will eliminate next time) - used Sriracha for the hot sauce - I will use 1tbsp instead of 2 for the peanut butter next time - added diced red pepper with the sesame oil, garlic, onion & tofu - garnished with chopped peanuts and fresh cilantro

Great recipe however the peanut butter ruined it for me. This was super quick and easy and I would totally make it again minus the peanut butter.

I do not like onions, so I did not add the the onions or scallions. I also added a little bit more hot sauce than it called for, and it turned out great!
