I’m not vegan or even vegetarian, just looking for healthier alternatives, and this didn’t feel lacking in anything. Came out great!

I've made this a few times. I'm a vegetarian, not a vegan, but don't find a single thing lacking in this recipe!

Turned out great. I had to add some vegetable stock to thin it out a bit.

my non-vegan family admitted this was delicious! i substituted black beans instead of red. also didn't have any chipotle chili powder, so i swapped in some smoked paprika. i needed to add an extra can of tomatoes to get the right consistency. love the addition of cinnamon. overall, very good!

Tried it without the chilli (cause where I live it is really hard to get...) and used some turmeric and pimentón rojo picante (spicy red pepper) and it was DELISH! Must try.
