  • 8 ounces noodles (we like No Yolks broad noodles)
  • 1 can tuna (drained)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely chopped)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup mayonaisse
  • 1 cup peas (thawed if frozen)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (fine, optional)

    Directions

    1. Preheat ove to 350 F.
    2. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add noodles and cook until done. Drain and set aside.
    3. In a saucepan, add tuna, soup, onion, milk, and mayo. Mix well and cook on medium-high heat until warm. Add noodles, peas, 1 cup of the cheese, and mix.
    4. Pour into a casserole, top with remaining cheese and breadcrumbs and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until top is golden.
