Good, but the carrot taste really hit through. I was searching for more of a Thai taste, but that’s just me.

I can’t believe how easy this was! Absolutely delicious, better than a Thai restaurant! I added cooked chicken to mine and will try shrimp next time. This is a keeper! P.S. I added cayenne pepper to mine and it was plenty hot enough🤗
