Ingredients

- 3/4 cup white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 12 ounces pineapple preserves (Smucker's®)
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 24 ounces beef meatballs (frozen fully-cooked home-style, not Italian or other seasoned variety)
- 1 green pepper (chopped)
Directions
- WHISK vinegar and cornstarch in medium bowl until smooth. Stir in preserves, ketchup, brown sugar, soy sauce and garlic until blended.
- PLACE meatballs and pepper in 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Pour sauce mixture over top.
- COVER and cook on HIGH 2 hours. Stir to coat meatballs. Cover and cook an additional 1 hour or until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
