    These cookies are soooooooooo yummy. I ended up making 3 batches to figure out what the best time option was for My convection oven and so they would be cooked but chewy for my families preference. Final result was convection oven, 350 for 7 minutes exactly and then when you take them out they look undone but once they cool they are perfecto!

    Delicious I added crumbled up strawberry chocolate ghiradheli pieces and put small banana slices in the centers, under baked by 1 minute and let cool. My boyfriend won’t stop talking about them

    I used coconut oil instead of butter, and only 2 cups of flour. Be sure to knead in additional oil if batter is crumbley. Super yummy! Not too sweet. May try adding a pinch of salt and some pecans next time, they would taste just like sandies.

    I didn’t have butter so I used vegetable oil and I didn’t have baking soda so I used 1 1/2baking powder. It turned out great, but It’s better with butter. Other thing is that the oven has to be very slow, maybe 150°C

    Followed this recipe to exact measurements and ended up with a dough that was pretty much wet sand. Almost impossible to roll into balls to bake. I’ve tried other sugar cookie recipes before and never had this outcome. Wasted time and ingredients and now I have no cookies!
