    Very good. Very easy. I increased the veggies to include mushroom and zucchini. I cooked them at 400 for ten minutes then added the shrimp. I will make this again.

    I would cut the veggies a bit smaller and start cooking them first and then add the shrimp a bit later. I’m all for crispy veggies, but these were a bit too much. The flavor was great and shrimp were tender. Will definitely make it again.

    Great recipe for a quick dinner. Make sure you have a big enough sheet tray to cook everything evenly. I added some guacamole salsa, sour cream, and cabbage to finish the fajitas, on corn tortillas.

    The veggies were good, but the shrimp was too soft due to the juices. Probably should have cooked them on the stove instead of the oven.

    Loved it! Just used the McCormack fajita spice pack and it works out great. So tasty and fresh. Made a ton for our small family. I'll get a few meals out of this!
