I didn't use the parsley but overall this was a very tasty recipe just take care depending on your oven, you could slightly over cook the chicken it was still good, but a bit dry

Yummy! A hit. Only thing was that we had to bake the chicken in a separate baking dish or too much juice ran out and the veggies would have been soggy.

These were great. I only added half of the onion and ate them with some grilled pineapple on a corn tortilla. Next time I will add more chili powder or sliced hot peppers since we like our food a little spicy.
Quick and easy! Turned out great - I use avocado oil instead of olive oil and it worked just fine

This recipe turned out perfectly! I substituted chicken tenders for boneless skinless breasts, added more colorful peppers to the mix, and served it wrapped in tortillas with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa. YUM! I LOVE how I could prepare the meal ahead and put it in the oven. No more messy cooktop to clean. Due to popular demand, I've made it twice this week already this week!
