This recipe is delicious, and super easy! My family and I enjoyed it, and the leftovers even taste good. Will definitely make again.

Super easy, yummy and healthy! I didn’t use the rack as directed and see why it’s recommended due to the amount of liquid the peppers produce so I’ll do that next time. Will definitely make again.

Great meal and so easy to prepare! Usually when I make Fajitas for the whole family it takes a long time because I can’t cook all of it at one time. I was skeptical of how cooking all of it at once in the oven would turn out, but it exceeded my expectations exponentially. The whole family agreed that chicken came out very juicy and even tasted great the next day for leftovers!! I will only use this method from now on and will definitely be cooking fajitas more often!!

This was delicious! I made the fajita seasoning with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, coriander, and onion powder because I am out of the others, but it still tasted great.

Great! Used 3 peppers and it was enough for 2 people. Might put it over rice or beans to make it more filling

This was easy enough for my husband to make and had enough flavor for my 5 year old to eat.

Sure it’s good, but it’s not keto. This one meal would wipe out your carbs for the whole day.

It was good! I don't cook often, but this one was really easy to do, and my boyfriend loved it! Only complaint was that the cook time was too short for us. We had to do 25 minutes in the oven, and about 5 I'm the broiler. It was delicious though!

Easy and delicious! I didn’t have lime juice and I changed the oil to olive oil but it still turned out amazing. Would definitely make it again.
