Could have added a little more garlic to flavour the juice

Very juicy but lacked any pop of flavor. Would make again but would add a clarified herb butter or a glaze.

I made this for 2016 NYD ~ simple & delicious! I threw a few carrots & an onion quartered in with the roast & after one hour turned the oven down to 400. Will definitely make this again!
