The pork chop was dry and the sauce was mediocre. I used organic balsamic and fresh center cut pork chops from Fresh Market. Normally their pork chops are delicious. This time was no go. I won’t be using this recipe again. It sure sounded good though.

We did not like this recipe. The cooking times led to tough chewy pork chops. I cut the time in the oven to 5 minutes and it was still tough. The sauce was really disappointing. It didn’t taste like sweet and sour or a glaze even when following the directions. The herbs were clumpy in the sauce. This isn’t one we will make again.

Tasty and pretty easy (first time making pork chops in my life) but the glaze was pretty chunky/sandy with the spices. Overall good stuff. I'll make it again.

This pork chop recipe is delicious and easy to make. Suggested cooking time is just right. I used a full teaspoon of hot pepper flakes for a little extra heat.
Sauce was good. Easy to make. Would make again.
