Yummy so simple. I did give it five star but since I was ordered to give 20 words I now only give it two stars.

Easy Peesy is right! I made this to slice off for soup and added italian seasoning and garlic. It’s my new favorite go to for a bread recipe. I pulled it out of the oven after 20 minutes, but to give it more color, I buttered the top and put it back in for 10 min.

I haven’t eaten it yet but it was easy to make. I put Italian seasonings in it and can’t wait to eat it!!!

Came out amazing!! Next time I am going to try it with some rosemary in the bread, and a little more salt. Super easy and delicious!!!!

This was fabulous both times I’ve made it! I had extra time to let it rise again and kneaded some more the second time and it was worth the extra wait!!! Yum!

Super easy bread recipe. I used my kitchenaid and it made the whole process much easier. The bread turned out great to have with dipping sauces. Easy and great!

I used 3 1/2 cups of flour, and my KitchenAid mixer. The bread turned out great! Don’t judge the wonky loaf 😃

It turned out really well, took the full 4 ½ cups of flour and then a little more. I would add maybe an extra ½ tsp of salt as it seemed like it was lacking a little something in the flavor department. The texture was wonderful. Made excellent buttered toast with jelly.

My first time baking with yeast and I cannot believe how easy it was and how beautiful and tasty the outcome is!!!
After reading the reviews, I decided to knead the dough once more after the initial 20 minutes and to let it rise another 20 minutes after that. I also placed six tiny chunks of butter on top before putting the loaf in the oven. The result is golden brown, with a real crust on the outside and “fluffier” than expected on the inside. Truly fool-proof recipe. Will make again. And again...

It's a bit dense but super tasty (first time making so could have been me!) I poured melted butter and sprinkled herb mix on top before popping in oven. Yum!

It was soooooo easy!!! It was better than a recipe I got from my culinary class! Saving this in my favorites!

Great! After baking time, I drizzled with olive oil and baked a few more minutes to get a nice crust

I’ve made this bread three or four times now. I keep trying to find ways to lighten up the texture just a bit but I’m no bread baker so I just try slightly different mods, mostly based on the suggestions of others. But even if it is a little dense, it’s delicious and with the most minimal of effort. Definitely a keeper, especially since it’s so easy to modify and still be successful!

This was decent bread. It had good flavor, was easy to make and my family liked it. I will definitely make it again when I'm short on time and need bread.

Great !put a cup and a half of oats that I put in the blender Becomes or flour and the rest I put the white flour . This way it’s delicious and more healthy!

A little bit “bricky” and dense but perhaps it’s because I didn’t knead enough? It was also a little undercooked in the center. I put aside half of the dough and put in the fridge to try to make a new loaf tomorrow and see how that turns out.
The taste is great!

Delicious! Great flavor, but a little dense. I started adding flour by whisking at first so next time I will try folding with a spatula until I can knead it, I’m hoping that will make it a little more fluffy. The author told the truth, I made it in a little over an hour (probably took me longer because it was my first time ever making bread). I think I’ll melt some butter and paint it on the top next time to add a little color and flavor. Great recipe! I’m ordering more yeast on amazon now!
