This was ok. I think you’d be better off using a better marinade.

This was an amazing tenderloin! Juicy and flavorful, best of all it was so easy! I also added more cloves of garlic cause my fiancé and I love garlic and used kosher salt instead of table. I would, and have made this many times. Excellent!

I combined this recipe with another on This site, Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin, changed it up a bit Cut some slices on both sides, mixed the minced garlic, salt, pepper, olive oil, put that mixture on the loin, half bacon with toothpicks to hold. After I let them set at room temperature, I put olive oil in a heavy skillet and fried, turning to brown all sides then covered for about 10 minutes. Turned Out delicious 😋
