I cut the recipe in half initially to see if we liked it and it is a success. I recommend one change. Switch the bacon with a healthier choice of frozen turkey sausage crumbles. My husband loves to “nuke” the leftovers for breakfast.

Delish and easy! I would mix in the bacon or ham a lil more and cook for less time also I used half the cheese and it turned out just fine
