I didn’t have the lipton packet so I added half of a hidden valley’s ranch packet with a tsp onion power and it was amazing, we didn’t have any leftovers. My grandchildren said that those were the best potatoes ever even better than mashed potatoes!!

It needed more seasoning but it paired well with the lentil loaf I made with it. Next time I’ll probably use less potatoes or just add my own seasoning. I didn’t want it to be too salty. But the potatoes definitely roasted. Make sure to use the recommended amount of oil (learned that from the prior comments)

definitely would make again. took me a while to chop everything compared to what's listed as the prep time, although very worth it

Turned out great! I used half the soup mix (1 pack for a double batch) to reduce the sodium and it was a hit

Jennifer 22 Sep 2018
i think the temp needed to be higher. my potatoes did not get crispy at all. the red peppers were nice, but the lipton soup mix was too much.
