Also delicious. Didn't change a thing, and we lived the taste of the peppers & onions.

This is a fantastic recipe! I’ve made it multiple times. I add the non-potato veggies (bell peppers or onions) 10 minutes before the potatoes are done cooking (otherwise they burn). The only downside to this recipe is that the potatoes aren’t that crispy. But the taste more than makes up for it. I like to add fresh chilies or crushed red pepper for a little kick.

It was disappointing. We seasoned it to make it edible but I will not make it again.

I made it without the peppers but it pretty much looked like the photo and tasted great.

Came out pretty good, im not the best at cooking so any shortcomings were probably my fault. Added some smoked sausage to enhance the flavor, went well. Next time I plan on broiling for the last part of cooking as the potatoes werent crispy but not too mushy either, I'll add the green part of the green onions after cooking (I use the whole thing so the bulb can stay for the cooking), and I may add some rosemary or another herb to go with the onion soup/dip pack.

It tasted great but needed a little more flavor

Tasty, but I had to sub the Lipton's mix with Knorr since I couldn't find it in the supermarket, and it came out half crispy and half burnt after 40 mins. Will have to try it again another time.

Tasted good couldn’t quite get them to crisp up, even after 50 minutes @ 450 and 10 minutes of broiling. Likely user error

I added garlic olive oil for a little more flavor. It was good and my significant other enjoyed it. I will try it again, but add more seasoning.
