Everyone loved the potatoes including my picky eater grandson. This will be my go to recipe for a side dish.

This recipe was so delicious! I’ve made it twice this week!

It needed more seasoning but it paired well with the lentil loaf I made with it. Next time I’ll probably use less potatoes or just add my own seasoning. I didn’t want it to be too salty. But the potatoes definitely roasted. Make sure to use the recommended amount of oil (learned that from the prior comments)

definitely would make again. took me a while to chop everything compared to what's listed as the prep time, although very worth it

Turned out great! I used half the soup mix (1 pack for a double batch) to reduce the sodium and it was a hit

It was great, I made it again with a green pepper and garlic. It’s definitely something I will continue making. Perfect side dish.

I agree with other reviews my potato’s did not crisp up but it was really tasty

i think the temp needed to be higher. my potatoes did not get crispy at all. the red peppers were nice, but the lipton soup mix was too much.

I made this with sweet potatoes and added a Lot of herbs and spices. The flavors are really complementary. Would recommend using the suggested amount of oil; I used less and it seemed like everything shriveled up
