Absolutely Delicious! I love Tilapia. I usually make the Tilapia with Garlic & Lemon.... However, the Parmesan Crusted is the Best!

I normally don't like fish, but this came out awesome! I read the reviews and read it lacked flavor, so I used this as inspo. I have a newborn and the oven didn't work out while baby wearing. So I did stovetop... parmesan ritz cracker encrusted tilapia. I just crushed up ritz crackers in a zip lock bag, put that in a bowl along with parm, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. The tilapia came straight out the freezer and thawed in hot water, rinsed then pat dried with paper towels. Coated them with the mix and threw them in a pan with butter! deliciousness! sorry I changed it, but my crying newborn demanded I hurry up, so I improvised. So good!

I was okay. I sprinkled lemon juice over the top of it so it didn't taste so fishy.

The fish turned out wonderful. Great taste. I ran out of parsley so I used rosemary. Very delicious!!

Yummy! I didn't have enough Parmesan so I used half Parmesan and half panko bread crumbs. Everyone wants me to make it again.
