- 4 New York pork chops (top loin, 3/4-inch thick)
- 1 envelope taco seasoning (1/4 cup)
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- salsa (optional)
- Rub pork chops on both sides with taco seasoning. Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush skillet with oil. Add pork chops and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning once, until internal temperature on a thermometer reads 145 degrees Fahrenheit, followed by a 3-minute rest time. Top with salsa, if desired, and serve.
