Directions
- Preheat oven to 425.
- Mix turkey, saltines, onion soup mix and egg and form golf ball sized meatballs.
- Bake on greased or parchment paper/silpat-lined cookie sheet for about 20 min.
- Prepare brown gravy mix and stir in cream of mushroom soup.
- Add cooked meatballs to gravy and simmer for a few minutes. Serve over rice.
