This is a perfect weeknight dinner. It’s incredibly easy and fast to make, and the sauce is nice and creamy. I don’t think I’d ever go back to a box mac & cheese.

It was okay. I feel like more pasta could have been made for the amount of sauce. The flavour was a bit bland but I added Dijon which helped a bit. Not my favourite, wouldn’t do again.

I must of screwed it up. Very creamy but tasted more like flour then cheese. Kept adding more cheese and salt but didn’t make much of a difference.

I modified it a bit to make a bigger serving, And used Penne noodles instead of macaroni. It was a perfect base and starting point for my family, and we each added more of our own spices after it was all divided between us!

This was great! This was my first time making mac and cheese and it was so simple and easy. The mac turned out extremely creamy, maybe because I substituted half the milk for some light cream I needed to use, but that plus some cayenne pepper and a sprinkle of bacon made it the perfect comfort food.

Turned out nice and creamy. We added about 3/4 cup more cheese and doubled the recipe. Made enough for a family of 4 plus leftovers. Will definitely make this again.
