  • 1/3 cup applesauce (feel free to sub some or all with oil)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour (Check out this post with tips for cooking with coconut flour!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons xantham gum (you can leave this out, but the rolls will be grainier)
