For non-dairy eaters, lasagna is virtually a no-go. Made this with sheep based ricotta and shredded goat cheese instead of mozzarella. Delicious and easy!!!

This was my first attempt at lasagna and it was delicious!! It was very easy to make as well! Use oven-ready lasagna noodles to make the process even easier!!

Soooo good!!! I almost doubled the marinara used, pan seared diced onions prior to browning the meat, and added cheddar to the layering process. So easy to make and it tastes amazing. This will definitely be my new go to lasagna recipe.

Turned out great, and I was sure I was somehow going to screw it up since I’ve never made lasagne. I got my hands dirty with the ricotta so that it would spread evenly. It was worth it, and I’ll definitely be making this again! *I personally will consider adding more meat to the next batch.

Very good. My family recipe for traditional lasagna takes much longer and has way more steps. This was easy, just not as robust as my family recipe. Great when you don’t have time!

I made a few mistakes but it literally was super easy to make. my wife loved it so i think the more i make it the more i can improve on it. my mistke were silly mistakes because i dont really cook but it was a good recipe.
It looked like Gordon Ramsey mead it.👍

it turned out okay. The author should state what size cooking pan to use, he could also mention substitutes. The webpage where the cooking instructions reside had too many obtrusive ads.

Really easy to make. Next time I will add more marina sauce than what it calls for b/c it was just a tad dry. My husband really liked it and I will def make it again!

I did my own simple tomato sauce, and mixed the beef with onions as well (optional). Didn’t stick exactly to the measures either, so cannot comment on how sticking exactly to the recipe is. The result was tasty and overall I’m satisfied, will make this again!

Very good! I’m still learning how to cook, but was able to male this relatively easily. Biggest issue is the time; it takes longer than 40 minutes, as you discover when you pull up the source recipe. Not an issue when I made it (had the evening free), but could easily put wrench in dinner plans.
