I made Naan bread for the first time. I did not use the food processor. Just the old fashion hand and kneading. It turn out great. My husband couldn't stop saying how he like the Naan bread and that it was much better than flour tortillas. I am a Naan cook now. Thanks

My friends and I made this for a breakfast party- I'm going to try it next time without a food processor because it was a messy cleanup but great direction! I added garlic to mine!
