This icing is sweet and perfect for cookies, however it’s a tad bit too runny, I counteracted the runny ness with a tus but if sugar but that added to the sweetness: nonetheless great recipe!

Honestly I wasn’t all that impressed with this recipe. For starters The amount that it makes is way too small for one batch of cupcakes let alone five. Secondly it is way way way too sweet for my Tasting. If you are someone that does not like very very very sweet frosting I would not recommend this. It taste almost exactly the same as powdered sugar and I was expecting something different.

This is a great recipe. It is very simple and easy to please but it is more of a flat icing as opposed to something you can pipe out. I poured it over a chocolate round cake and it settled the way a floor leveller settles... nice and even. It is a modern look that would be great for naked cakes or a smooth glaze over a cupcake.

I added 1 laughing cow, cream cheese slice and a drop of red food colour to make it pink! It worked well and my daughter loved it!;-)
