    Very easy, very delicious. I cook the popcorn several hours before, just because I have the time. It seemed to work pretty well doing it that way. I may even use less butter the next time to make it a little more healthy and just to see where it goes flavor-wise.

    I followed the recipe to a "T", but the result was soft, not crunchy caramel popcorn. Instead it was sort of soggy. * Notes: The popcorn was still warm when I coated it, maybe that was the problem; maybe addt'l. moisture was trapped in there? Could it be that the popcorn needs to be cool and dry before coating it? I also live in Western Washington, so maybe just overall humidity was a factor as well? I have not had good results making these types of treats or with hard candies either. There may be more science required to help me get better results. I will try this again. Even though it was texturally disappointing, it was simple to make and delicious!

    great! i think i made too much popcorn for the amt of caramel i made! but will know better for next time. like, today!! its gone after 14 hours!!
