    I just didn't like the flavor. Too sweet and spices were too strong for me. My husband didn't even finish his.

    Delicious! So much better than store-bought sausage, and tastes so fresh. I would add garlic, onion powder, and crushed red pepper if you like more spice. My husband said this was even better than bacon. Whoa.
