Love this recipe. I cut the dough in half. Make 1 loaf and 8 burger buns.
I let mine proof overnight ... (5hours) just to have the fresh baked in the morning feel. I baked one loaf in a steel pan and the other in a clay pan both (5×9) both lined with parchment. Baked together in a regular oven. at the required 350...They both are same height, same deicious texture, the difference was the steel pan baked darker on the sides so far i tried as is and toasted. Both were deelish! Can't wait to make french toast . ( Pain d'ore)

Good but did not raise as much when i used whole wheat flour
This was my first attempt at making bread. It was really good and my family loved it. It was on the sweet side, so next time I'll use less sugar.

Great so good warm with butter low sodium so Mom can eat it with no salt butter used only 1/2 tsp of kosher salt
It’s good, I made a whole meal loaf.

IT TURNED OUT FANTASTIC! Everyone loved it! I was doing a business presentation about a fake bread business in the Middle East! It was just the fluffiness and sweetness I needed.

Turned out great used quick rise yeast and in place of oats used 1 cup almond flour would definitely make this again

Great dinner rolls! After the first rise I cut my dough into 16 dinner rolls then let rise 35 minutes and baked at 385 for 18 minutes my family loved them

I made it more than 5 times and it always turn very nice and soft!! My family love it so much. Will make it again for sure.
