Excellent! The only thing i changed with this recipe is traded out the grill for a frying pan. I used a sweet and spicy bbq and that paired wonderfully with the pineapple. I placed the pineapple in the additional marinade and put it in the frying pan for 2 minutes on each side and then cooked the chicken.

This came out so good ! I followed the directions to the T , I just added some small seasonings of my own to spice it up. I made it with my surf and turf , everyone asked if they can have the recipe lol

Delicious and easy! I served it over white rice and poured some of the reserved marinade over the chicken and rice. I will definitely be making this again.

This meal is simple but good. Make sure you don't leave it in the crockpot over the time the recipe saids, or the chicken will become over cooked.
