This recipe was quick and easy to prepare. I left out the egg, and added green onions. I've made it twice, and our family enjoys it. We eat it as a main dish, so it makes fewer servings than listed.

Would recommend using a wok to make folding easier. I used day old rice as suggested and it the texture turned out mushy but the flavors were good.

This fried rice turned out great! It needed more of that fried rice flavor but other than that was delicious! I put shrimp in mine and would maybe do half a cup less of rice

This was super fun and easy!!! I made it in the wok with chicken. I had to add water to soften the rice. Also doubled soy sauce. Also added 2tsp of Chinese five spice. No egg either.
