  • 2 large eggs (whisked)
  • 12 oz. frozen peas and carrots
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic (about 4 cloves)
  • 4 cups cooked rice (long grain, chilled)
  • 3 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce (more or less to taste)
  • 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce (or fish sauce)
  • 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil

    It was great. I modified the recipe a bit by using garlic powder in place of garlic, coconut aminos, instead of fish and soy sauce and both butter and oil since that was what i had, it had a lovely taste.

    Yum! Lots of great flavor, even without the oyster sauce. I had some leftover pork roast that I cut into small pieces and added. It was wonderful!

    too much soy sauce, i will definitely use less next time. also used 3 eggs instead of 2. other than that, easy to make and tasty.

    Great recipe Suggestions for a more authentic version Get some Chinese sausage cut up and add whatever chicken you might have You might substitute some Maggi to taste rather than the soy sauce but start with small amounts. I added some diced onion sauté with the garlic.
