I have not found a fish taco recipe I like until tonight. We love this one and I think I will keep it in my card file to share. I did add a pinch of white cheddar, mango and minced jalapeno.

It turned out ok, it was a good way to use up some frozen cod we had. The lime crema was good, I added more lime zest and lime juice.
