Very good! But a little bitter...perf with strawberries or raspberries
Sarah Foose 29 Nov 2016
This recipe is my go-to "wow" but simple dessert. The portions are quite small because it is so rich, so if making for a crowd make sure to double or triple, etc. Even though one or two spoonfuls is plenty for some people, it's hard to present that in a beautiful container. I have small LeCreuset ramekins that work well for four regular servings. Shot glasses might also work well for kids or those who only want to indulge a bit. Also, remember to allow plenty of time for it to set--this recipe is so easy to throw together that sometimes I forget that it needs two hours in the fridge! I usually top with the raspberries but in a pinch a sprinkle of cocoa powder, powdered sugar or even thawed berries could work. Thank you for this wonderful recipe!
