This is a great recipe to use if you want to have shredded chicken on hand to use for various dinners like bbq chicken, tacos, or casseroles.

Added some cream of chicken to make it creamy and it was pretty yummy.

This could not be easier! I use this recipe often with one adjustment. The broth tends to make the chicken too salty so I use water and 2 chicken bullion cubes instead. I have used both frozen and thawed chicken breasts and it turns out delicious either way! I make large batches so I can freeze some and have it ready when I need it. Yum.
