Very good and easy to make. Even my picky eater loved it. I used the refrigerator cut up potato hash browns instead of the frozen and I think next time I am going to melt the cream cheese first. There were still lumps of cream cheese after two hours of cooking and stirring. However, overall it was very good.

I really enjoyed this dish. It was very easy to make. I used a package of Potatoes O’Brien. I think I liked it even better reheated the next day.

This was so easy and delicious. I almost never find a recipe that everyone in the family likes, but they all asked for seconds of this soup. I only had reduced fat cream cheese but it still turned out great. I don't see any reason to use the full fat version. I thought this would turn out fine, but was really surprised by how tasty this was! I will be making this again!

Really good!! I suggest wisking the cream cheese instead of just mixing, it took forever for it to melt.

ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR. loved it so much, my husband and i are having it for Christmas dinner. I used real bacon and just pre cut and cooked it. I also added the grease... yummy though. I added some shredded cheese as well when i added the cream cheese.

This recipe is FANTASTIC, and a favourite in our home! We also of course, added more bacon, and can top with a dollop of sour cream/shredded cheddar, and of course a few more bacon pieces! ;)

Made this last night. If I could give this recipe a thousand stars, I would. The only thing I did different was to use way more bacon bits.
