I didn't like how rough it was as the chicken did not absorb the rub. Will try again next time but will use rub as marinade

Spices were great. I mixed the oil with the spices then rubbed it on the chicken which worked great. Whole family liked them. I’ll be putting this recipe in my regular rotation especially because it was so quick and easy.
