This is wonderful recipe. I would like to tell the reviewers below that this is supposed to be runny, they are crepes NOT American pancakes Mine turned out wonderful My Mom was from Europe and she always made these when I was little. They cooked perfectly for me and I filled them with strawberry preserves and chocolate drizzle on top Ran out of powered sugar so I couldn’t ad that Super EASY!

I added more flour because it was too liquidy. When I cooked them, the batter just would not become thin. I ended up with thick un-tasty crepés, the only good thing is that they are easy to make. Even so I’m not making them again.

these came out really for me, the eggs didn’t cook. i feel like sugar and butter needed to be added. it upset our stomachs.

These are simple and delicious! You can customize these to your liking. I added some vanilla extract and sugar. And some fruit on the side. Was a complete hit.

Yum! I made these for my family and we loved them! We had ours with strawberry purée, blueberry’s, and bananas. That was what we had, but these are totally customizable, which is great for a house of pickey eaters. Great for a quick easy breakfast and they were delish!

Really easy crepe recipe. If you want to make it fancy you can easily add what you want with this basic crepe recipe.

This is a good basic recipe but if you are using an actual crepe maker they are too thin and you need to add more flour. I'm sure if you are just using a pan ot is fine.

These were very good, and easy to make. Crepes are so versatile; you can make them sweet, savory, spicy, whatever you want. I like them with pepper jelly in the morning, and for lunch I like to use them in place of bread for a light sandwich: Spread mayo on a crepe, add ham & cheese, fold that sucker in half and there you go.

It was super easy! Good consistency - crepes are often too thick or thin. I added a pinch of sugar and salt for taste. Will make again

He heat needs to be set to medium at most to get the perfect doneness.
