  • 1 1/2 cups carrots (chopped, approx 2-3 carrots)

My 12 year old daughter wants to learn to cook and this was here 1st recipe! She added 1/2 cup more broth and 1/4 cup more heavy cream and no water cause we like our soup thick. This was quick, easy and delicious!!
