Came out better than expected and tasted really good. I let the rice toast a bit in the wok to get rid of some of the mushiness, then topped it with baked tilapia. I'll experiment more with this recipe and probably add it into the dinner rotation.

It was great I fed it to a Chinese student who is visiting and he liked it I added Chinese tree fungus (wood ears) and that was a great addition
