i did it in a sheet pan, poked holes in it and poured it with a mixture of coconut milk and condensed milk first. Then i put the icing on it and kept it in the refrigerator. Delicious is an understatement!
It’s delicious, but not pretty at all. The cake leans to the side. Also, the recipe calls for too much frosting.

Wonderful cake, we will be making this one for many years to come. So very moist and very good coconut flavor.
