This quick and easy pie does not last very long in our house. When I take it somewhere else for a meal, they have no idea it was quick and easy.

Used banana cream pudding (could not find any coconut cream) and it came out great. Did not add the coconut at all. I made it for a gift and it was well appreciated and enjoyed. I would assume that the original recipe would be even better
