So good and so easy! I used a $5 rotisserie chicken and, instead of regular corn tortillas, I used street taco size corn tortillas for more of a delicate flavor.

Very good. Used one hot enchilada and one mild enchilada sauce for some spice. Also put chicken in the crockpot so it would shred easily.

Amazing!! And super easy!

It tasted delicious and it was very simple to make. If the most laborious part of the cooking process is shredding the chicken, then you’ve got yourself an easy recipe! Would highly recommend!

It was indeed very easy to make and at least as tasty! I also used the other recipe linked in there for the sauce. I'll make some again for sure.

I make this recipe often! My kids and hubby devour this. The layering makes it dummy proof, prevents tortillas from being ripped etc. I also add in diced green chillies.

Meh. It was an easy recipe but we were not fans.
Sara Lookatch 8 Aug
I doubled the recipe for family party....it was little too enchilada saucy for me; drowned out all other flavors. Won’t make again.
