I was worried it might be too spicy was it was delicious! Everyone loved it and had seconds. Served with salsa & tortilla chips. Will probably have sour cream with it next time. I used corn tortillas and my husband commented that it made them kind of tamale like, which he likes.

The chicken took a little longer to cook than the recipe stated. I will cut it into smaller pieces next time. It was really good otherwise and my husband even went back for seconds. I served it with a little salsa and sour cream and it was delicious.

The only thing I did wrong was not make enough :) Very good- what's even better is that you can layer with anything. I added sauteed onions that were left over from prior evening, added Jalepenos on top with the cheese. Used a mild sauce, will upgrade to medium for more heat. Will make again and maybe add olives. Thank you for sharing!

It turned out great I will definitely be making it again the only thing is in the recipe it doesn't say that there is supposed to be any left over enchilada sauce so I didn't have any extra to put on the bottom.
