I made a couple changes to the recipe and it turned out fantastic! I added 2 Tbs of garlic to the onion and mushroom and squeezed an entire lemon into the broth and coconut milk. I also added some shredded cheese at the end of cooking but it would have been just as good without.

Not beru tasteful but edible.

The chicken was dry and flavor was far from delicious. Won’t make it again.

Made it just like the recipe and it was pretty flavorless

The sauce was like scrambled eggs. I was hoping it would be smooth and custardy or something but it was clumpy.

I reduced the ingredients for a serving of 2 and baked for 50-minutes. The dish was not life-changing; however, the texture and taste were good. Easy to make as well.

I am gluten-free and my daughter is dairy-free so excited to make this. But the casserole didn't cook the way I expected. It was very runny. It tasted OK but I wouldn't make it again.

This dish was tasty. I used tomato broth instead of chicken broth and used bake chicken meat that was already cooked to cut down on overall cooking time.

We really enjoyed this one, thanks! I used chicken broth as well and did not add nutmeg. Very tasty.

Very tasty and filling. I used a chicken stock instead of bone broth and forgot to add the nutmeg but it turned out really well. Cooking time was about 55 minutes.
