Super easy! I bought a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and cut it up. I also used fresh broccoli and boiled it for 6 minutes. My family loved it! Will make again.

This is a decent base recipe. I added more seasoning and some cooked rice, and chicken broth to the dish to help flavor up the rice and everything. It was pretty good

This was delicious, however every recipe is a jumping off point for me. I cooked the chicken some in a cast iron skillet, heavily seasoned with chicken seasoning, onion and a very generous amount of garlic. I riced a head of cauliflower and made broccoli into bite sized pieces. I added the mushroom soup to my chicken and added a dollop of chicken base to the chicken with a 1/4 cup of water. I stirred this into the broccoli and cauliflower then mixed three handfuls of shredded cheese. It’s delicious!

Excellent! So easy, fast and full of flavor. On my second batch, I added a bag of cauliflower rice to the recipe that I had steamed ahead of time in the microwave, to add an extra veggie to the dish and to make it seem more like the cheesy broccoli rice dishes I've had before. It didn't need additional liquid as cauliflower rice doesn't really absorb liquids like regular rice. You can't go wrong with this recipe; even if you cook it as is.

Excellent, made it as a side dish without the chicken and was a big hit!!! I did add my own seasoning.

Extremely bland taste & I followed the recipe exactly. I will definitely never make this again. Now looking for ways to add more flavor like a good side dish.

Amazing!!! Super easy to make and will make again but next time will try it with cream of chicken soup instead of mushroom as my Rayner doesn’t like mushrooms and was picking out the bits of mushrooms

Very simple to cook. I use added & parboiled rice to the recipe and cooked the chicken some prior to putting it in the oven. Also kid friendly, my daughter actually ate the broccoli.

I boiled the chicken first and I added some cream to the sauce. Very tasteful, could have added a bit more cheese to it.
