Really good. Loved the spices that combined with the cheese to cover these squash bites. Great side dish.

I didn't have enough of several of my key ingredient. I had a large amount of awesome veggies from the farmers market. I didnt measure out everything but i had 2 small yellow squashes, 1 zuccini, a shallow, green onion, and half of three different color sweet peppers. I also had some pineapple chicken sausage i got that evening. I used the recommended spices, I am my own biggest critic, but it turned out amazing. I would definitely make it again. I also didn't have White cheese, I used some mexican style bag cheese 8oz.

We just loved it. I put oregano, minced garlic, Italian seasoning. I also added Italian sausage and cherry tomatoes at the very end. Yum. I will definitely make it again.

It tasted good, but they didn’t say how hot to bake it at so I baked it a bit too hot

I added shredded chicken to the recipe. It was super easy-the zucchini took a little longer than 30 minutes. I would recommend drizzling a little bit of olive oil over the squash before putting it in the oven. Delicious!

Delicious!! Hit with the husband. I used zucchini only because I didn’t have yellow squash on hand. I wouldn’t change a thing about this recipe and that is rare!

This dish was amazing!! My 6yr old and 3yr old loved this dish when I usually have to bribe them to eat their veggies. I will definitely make this often, I have already forwarded this recipe to both of my sisters:)
P.s. I reheated This in the oven the next day and it was just as good as when I originally made it.

This was easy and delicious. My daughter and I mixed all the cheese into the dish and added shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese on top at the end. Now this is our 3 cheese zucchini bake. Will definitely make again.

I had so much zucchini from a relative and I never imagined it could be this easy or delicious! I probably didn't need to add more cheese the last ten minutes; it was very cheesy. However, I didn't measure the cheese and put it in according to what looked right.

It was really delicious! Some of my favorite vegetables together in a cheesy casserole! The directions were a little bit confusing but overall, it was a great dinner!

I'm a new cook, and am looking for recipes that will get my picky boyfriend to eat veggies. This one had it all-a veggie I know he likes, garlic, and cheese. However, it had a few problems:
-There was A TON of water in the bottom of the pan, and every time you reheat some to eat, it lets off more water. Not sure if this is just what zucchini will do or if there's something I could have done to the zucchini to avoid it, but it was a deal-breaker for my boyfriend. Another deal-breaker for him: the texture. The zucchini wasn't super cooked and still had a bit of crunch and wasn't a soggy, limp mess like it usually gets. I didn't mind, but picky eaters beware.
-It was kind of boring with just zucchini, so I added some red onion and red pepper to add a little something. That helped.
Bottom line: it gets pretty water-logged and picky eaters might not like the texture, but overall, it's an easy, tasty dish for people who love zucchini/aren't picky.
