I never plan fry chicken, so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. The chicken breasts were huge so I needed extra marinara and mozzarella. It was delicious! Note: I used squeeze basil which I just put on top of the mozzarella. Everyone loved it!

My ten year old daughter said that, “biting into it was like a slice of heaven!” Very simplistic dish to make and I am a novice. I do recommend using an iron skillet if you have one because it will cook the chicken evenly.

Great flavor! I ended up using shredded Parmesan cheese by kraft and shredded mozzarella/cheddar mix by kraft! Cooked egg noodles with butter and steamed green beans. For the sauce, I used Hunts tomato sauce with basil, garlic, and oregano and added some sugar to it! I added sauce to my butter noodles as well, but the kids ate them plain! Win-Win!
