    Delicious! Didn’t have an immersion blender so I used my hand mixer. Made for a little bit of a chunky soup, but a fine mesh sieve took care of that!

    This was so good I added rosemary and basil to it turned out amazing. Will be keeping this recipes next time instead of water I’ll be using vegetable stock!

    My daughters response - this is the best butternut squash soup I've ever had. Enough said
    I didn’t have something to blend it on hand so I used a whisk. But otherwise the soup was tasty. I liked it and will probably make it again.

    Best butternut squash soup I have ever made! I had butternut squash soup served at my wedding and this was by far better than that venue's soup recipe! I added 1 tsp extra of sugar and it made it just right! I microwaved the butternut squash for 4 mins, to make it easier to peel and cut safely into cubes.
