- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup water
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring it to a light simmer. Cook until the berries have softened (about 5-10 minutes).
- Remove from heat and puree with blender. Use immediately or store in fridge for later.
