Overall it was good I made some substitutions. I used a frozen stir-fry blend instead of fresh broccoli. I would give it 3.5 stars but that is not an option. It was very easy to make and had good flavor.

I love Chinese food! So when I saw this one I thought it’s a must!!! And it was so good!! I am not a fan of ginger, so I put very little like a sprinkle and it was still very good I was nervous about that but honestly the whole family loved it! I added noodles to it and the noddles were a perfect add!

I used a ribeye and everything turned out good. I added mushrooms and subbed the soy sauce for amino acids. Served over white rice.

Followed the recipe as stated turned out pretty good. Next time I’ll use some better more tender beef but was nice and tasty.

Turned out great! Made about 5 servings for my meal prep. My only complaint is the sauce is a little bit sweet,I’ll probably cut down on the brown sugar next time.

Snow storm made getting fresh ginger impossible. Halved the amount and used powdered and it was still great. I also cooked the liquid down longer so it was amazingly thick and stuck to the meat/broccoli

It turned out great! We used a little more than 3 tbs of honey instead of brown sugar which worked just fine.

Pour in less sauce. I would definitely make it again.

Very delicious, although I made it without onions because they’re not my favorite. I’ll definitely make this again!

A bit too pasty with the corn starch. Recommend cutting it back a little. Some kids liked, some kids didn’t. None said it was as good as regular Chinese.
