    I made this for New Years Eve. Wow, what an impressive presentation! Very easy to make, just a little time and patience is all that is needed. This will be my new New Years Eve tradition.

    I used venison tenderloin with this recipe. I was wonderful. I did marinate the tenderloins about six hours in Italian dressing. I used red pepper instead of the mushrooms. Everyone's plate was clean!!! Elaine Dow, Church Hill, Md.

    Everyone said that they liked it, but I had a lot of trouble ‘twirling’ the meat enclosed pastry, as well as, the meat, mushroom & black olive enclosed prosciutto ... need more practice! Made this recipe with baked vegetables for Christmas Eve Dinner with family.
