It turned out great! It seems like it’s missing something, or it might need to reduce down longer.

It was a hit at my house. I found it a bit salty next time I will cut it back and make sure to use beef stock with no added salt. Very tasty.

Awesome recipe!! I have picky kids and other than picking out veggies they gobbled it up. Switched the thyme for rosemary which i have in my garden, and added 1/3 cup of real bacon bits. homemade French bread tops it off

Very easy recipe, it was delicious and I know it will be tastier the second night. Will freeze left overs for another meal. Served with French bread and a hearty red wine. Bon appetite!

Delicious. Added mushrooms.
Incredible! You can make this gluten free by swapping the flour out with rice flour. I've made this recipe a couple of times and it's divine! Freezes wonderfully too.

Pretty good, a little bland. Will add tomato juice next time and see how it goes

Love this and so did my family - have one kid that's BEYOND picky so it was a nice surprise that she likes it too. I did add garlic powder and white pepper to the flower mixture to kick it up a bit, and added more onion too. Overall this was a favourable starting point for me to get a new favorite recipe for stew!

Delicious Beef Stew! I've been preparing beef stew for many years without following a recipe. Well, I guess I should have! This was the best Stew I've ever had. The key was not place all the vegetables in at the same time. Therefore no mushy potatoes! Try it!

Delicious! Meat was very tender

Mine came out a little thin so I added cornstarch. Also, since I didn't have red wine, I used cranberry juice with a little vinegar. Just to add a little more depth, I added garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Great dinner option for my weekly meal prep.

It was the bomb!!! Everyone loved it and it was my first time making it 🙌
Really good flavour without adding too much salt. I added garlic and curry powder to flour mixture and it turned out great!

Absolutely superb flavour. Rich beef taste, will definately make this again. I now have a new way of making stew, after making it the same for many years. The secret is the first stage of cooking the beef/onions on its own. Thank you.
