There was an ingredient I didn’t care for that gave it a funky smell all through the house. It tasted pretty good though.

I would cook this again. I was only cooking for 2 so a cut the recipe down and it was really good. Meat tender and veggies not over cooked.

I followed the directions exactly and it turned out like sludge after the first hour. I added 2 more cups of liquid and a little bouillon powder and then it was edible

It was good, but next time I'll add my own spices.

Wonderful flavors! Did however substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme instead of fresh and celery flakes instead of stalks. 1 heaping teaspoon.

We made it using beef chuck roast meat and it was delicious. We cooked the meat in a Fagor pressure pot for 20 min then added the veggies for 10ish min. Then we released the pressure and opened the lid and let it simmer for five minutes. It was perfect and quick.

This was an excellent stew. I thought it thickened up quite well, for our tastes, following the instructions. It was a little too sweet for our taste, but I had substituted one ingredient I didn't have and that was probably why.

excellent! flavor profile was very good. instructions were easy to follow. i made couple of adjustments based on my families taste buds. like others, i thickened it as well.

Was very tasty but a little watery so I added a slurry of cornstarch and water at the end to thicken it up somewhat.

It turned out great! It seems like it’s missing something, or it might need to reduce down longer.

It was a hit at my house. I found it a bit salty next time I will cut it back and make sure to use beef stock with no added salt. Very tasty.

Awesome recipe!! I have picky kids and other than picking out veggies they gobbled it up. Switched the thyme for rosemary which i have in my garden, and added 1/3 cup of real bacon bits. homemade French bread tops it off

Very easy recipe, it was delicious and I know it will be tastier the second night. Will freeze left overs for another meal. Served with French bread and a hearty red wine. Bon appetite!

Incredible! You can make this gluten free by swapping the flour out with rice flour. I've made this recipe a couple of times and it's divine! Freezes wonderfully too.
